We investigate the cognitive mechanisms that allow humans to learn and process phonological structures by examining cross-linguistic sound patterns.\n\nCombining behavioral experiments with infants, children, and adults and computational modeling, we seek to understand how the human mind encodes, learns, and applies complex phonological knowledge.\n\nAt LDL, we bridge theory and experimentation
